Dear lady who walks my town, head down low. I see you in all climates wearing the same clothes. Your jeans have holes on the inside the knees from so many steps you have taken.
Dear lady who walks my town, confusion etched in the lines of your weathered face. Do you hear voices telling you which direction to go? Has anyone ever told that there’s a better Way?
Dear lady who walks my town, aren’t you tired? So many years you wander the same areas with no purpose in sight.
Dear lady who walks my town, who has hurt you so bad that you snarl and scowl at every moving thing?
Dear lady who walks my town, always talking to thin air, how I wish to tell you about a Savior who can swoop you up and set you still.
Dear lady who walks my town, today I said a prayer for you… That you would be given another chance at mental clarity. That, if not me then,God would send someone your way. That your heart would be pliable, soft and supple to the Word you would hear. God bless the dear lady who walks my town. Amen
We can never know what’s going on in someone else’s head. Only God knows. We can only be obedient (prayer or action).

Absolutely! Even behind a smile, we mask things we don’t want others to see. It’s being vigilant and proactive to others.

Thank you. She’s a real lady I see. Walks with her head down low. Shes getting older and getting more confused each year. So sad

Wow! Even more so, it’s a beautiful piece. It is sad. How we just put to the side and disregard our elderly is beyond me. God bless her.

Lovely Amy, it’s from the Lord to be able to see through the hurt and pain to the soul underneath. I hope she finds the truth 💗

Amy, yes – thank you for your prayers. Truly God worked things out and the situation has been about as good as we could have hoped. 💗

Amen! The Bible says to pray for one another, we don’t need to know their name; to love them in prayer! A lovely post!
